We're seeking an experinced Solar Energy Closer who excels in turning qualified appointments into lasting customer relationships. What you'll do
Connect with potential customers through outside sales efforts, warm pre-set quality leads from our setting team, including door-to-door outreach and community engagement.
Utilize your marketing skills to generate leads and create awareness about solar energy solutions.
Conduct in home and virtual consultations with qualified homeowners creating tailored solar solutions that meet their unique needs.
Present tailored solutions using provided software, including SalesRabbit, aurora, and more to track customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in solar technology to provide accurate information to clients.
Skills
Proven track record in solar or high ticket closing. 2+ years experience preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with a record of closing deals successfully.
Familiarity with CRM software such as SalesRabbit and Aurora for managing customer relationships effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in marketing strategies that drive lead generation and customer engagement.
A proactive approach to door-to-door sales, demonstrating resilience and determination.
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a positive work environment.
