Working on a team of Software Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Business Analysts, you will contribute to the continued growth and enhancement of the systems that drive value for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with different portions of our systems and business, including UI/UX, back-end automation, and embedded business process improvement projects.   • Design, develop, maintain and improve software and other technical solutions that solve business challenges
  • Focus on overall product quality

What we need
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with full software development lifecycle
  • Excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills
  • Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices

  • Proven analytical skills to interpret and implement business and functional requirements
  • Understanding of the value of test automation and a desire to incorporate it in development practice.

Wish list

Location This position will be based out of the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI; however, this position is open to remote work. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed. The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $140,000 depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, certifications, location, etc. In addition, we offer a signi\xef\xac\x81cant performance-based bonus plan, pro\xef\xac\x81t sharing, and generous bene\xef\xac\x81ts.
