Software Developer II - Full Stack

Software developers at RDG Filings develop a mixture of cloud-based software, APIs, web services and plugins to meet our client's and internal user's needs. We typically work independently on individual projects but assist one another in an agile team environment. We work toward the common goal of implementing customer and internal user feature requests as well as resolve bug reports on a variety of platforms, technologies, and programming languages.

Position Responsibilities:

Debug and resolve application issues reported directly by our users Receive feedback and implement improvements from testing team and peer review Design, code, test and enhance existing software solutions Help define and build new features based on our software roadmap derived from user requests and feedback Participate in functional, integration, and regression test development

Background and Requirements:

A passion for coding and building complex web applications Proficient in numerous front-end and back-end languages Experience with the 3 or more of the following programming platforms & languages (including but not limited to): .Net C#, JS, React, TypeScript, HTML, SQL or Java Front-end web development experience utilizing HTML, React, JS, & CSS Experience working on teams with hands-on software development experience Experience with the various operating & server systems including Windows, Google Cloud Platform or Azure Excellent problem solving skills, great attention to detail Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to learn new technologies quickly and understand a wide variety of technical challenges to be solved Desire to collaborate and help design and implement complex features to completion
