Description
The Social Services Representative is responsible for providing medical social services to the residents and their families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care. Also identify and assist with family/resident social and spiritual needs. Must have strong communication skills, enjoy working with the elderly and willing to be their advocate. Education: Prefer Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree from four-year college or an Associate of Arts Degree in Social or Behavioral Science. Must be willing to complete 36-hour course of instruction by Nebraska Health Care Association. Experience: Prefer experience in a geriatric setting.
