Social Services Associate
located in
Dillingham, Alaska.
What you will be doing
As a Social Services Associate, you will work closely with families and children, helping to provide services that will enhance families' capacities and to help them realize their potential. This position is clerical support with an emphasis on customer service. In addition, you will be supporting professional staff by providing information for case planning and evaluation, while performing duties that can include providing parenting support during family contact to enable parents to practice parenting skills in a safe environment, accessing electronic databases, and providing necessary referrals for families to other agencies.

Working environment you can expect
The SSA position is located in Dillingham. This position is critical to the office's ability to successfully meet the department's mission; thus, the incumbent must be highly self-motivated, have excellent, clear verbal and written communication skills, possess sound common sense, critical thinking skills and the ability to learn very quickly. This position will be supporting multiple offices which may require frequent travel.
