The purpose of this role is to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms, with a heavy emphasis on video content creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality videos that drive engagement, reach, and conversions. They will also manage our social media channels and campaigns, ensuring that our messaging is consistent, on-brand, and optimized for each platform.

What you\'ll be doing

• • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media marketing, and use data to inform ongoing strategy and optimization.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform social media marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Creating and publishing engaging video content across multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and others as needed.
  • Managing our social media channels and campaigns, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance data to optimize our strategy.
  • Collaborating with other teams (e.g. design, marketing, product) to ensure that our social media content is aligned with our brand and business objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and experimenting with new formats and features to drive engagement and growth.
  • Comfort appearing in front of the camera to host or present content, as neededPlan and execute videos from scripting to filming to editing to publishing.
  • Conduct post-production activities such as video editing, color grading, and sound mixing to ensure the final product meets our quality standards.
  • Monitor and respond to social media conversations and mentions, and engage with followers and fans to foster community and drive engagement.
  • Continuously experiment with new social media tactics, platforms, and features to drive growth, engagement, and conversions.

What you\'ll need

• • Demonstrated experience in video creation and editing, with a portfolio of high-quality work.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimize content performance.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for video content.

Nice to have

• • Experience with graphic design and/or photography
  • Experience with social media scheduling and management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer

Base salary range: $70,000 - $95,000


Final offer will be dependent on number of factors including experience and geographic location.
