As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy. Your goal is to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately generate leads and conversions through innovative content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content for platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), etc.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
Stay up to date with trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams on campaigns and brand messaging.
Run paid social media campaigns (ads, boosted posts) and track ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing or similar role.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging ideas.
Familiarity with paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc..
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
