Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok). Collaborate with staff to highlight clinic culture, wellness tips, community events, and therapist spotlights. Design graphics, videos, podcasts, and reels consistent with brand tone and style. Help monitor engagement and respond to messages or comments in a professional and supportive manner. Analyze performance metrics and contribute ideas to improve reach and engagement. Research social media trends in mental health, wellness, and therapy-related spaces. Support occasional marketing projects such as newsletters, website updates, or event promotions.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends. Excellent written communication and visual storytelling skills. Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred). Organized, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Interest in mental health advocacy and ethical communication online.

Internship Details

Hours:

8-15 hours per week (flexible schedule).

Duration:

3-6 months, with potential for extension.

Compensation:

$17/hour
