Join Wisconsin Vein Center & MediSpa,a physician-led medical spa recognized for excellence in aesthetics and patient care for over 20 years. We're seeking a

creative and motivated Social Media & Marketing Intern

to help grow our digital presence and tell our brand story. You'll gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, digital strategy, and event marketing within a professional, supportive environment.

We are in the midst of a rebrand renaissance! We need someone who is patient and excited to help us move in the right direction while maintaining our legacy values as a leader in the industry. Think classy and timeless vs trendy. We are the experts in our field and we need an expert in social media to help us communicate that across various media channels.

Responsibilities

Social Media (Primary):

Create and schedule engaging posts for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business. Capture and edit photo/video content showcasing treatments, staff, and behind-the-scenes moments. Monitor comments, messages, and analytics to identify engagement trends. Maintain consistent tone, visuals, and messaging that reflect our brand identity. Create new content and improve existing content.

Marketing Support:

Assist with newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Help refresh website content and visuals. Support patient events, influencer partnerships, and local collaborations. Conduct light research on competitors, hashtags, and aesthetic industry trends. Assist with marketing materials and graphic creation on Canva

Administrative:

Update marketing calendars and content trackers. Organize and manage photo/video libraries. Support general marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related field. However, if you feel/show you can still crush the job because of other experiences, please apply! Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Feel comfortable in front of the camera- It's likely we'll need you to be in our content as well. Confident in communicating strategies or suggestions on how we can improve. We want to hear what you have to say! Excellent writing and communication skills. Eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Interest in beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics preferred. Has a portfolio of work of their own! Show us what you can do.

Base Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
