We are seeking a fresh, fun, and creative social media manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for our brand presence and drive engagement across various platforms. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for digital marketing. The Marketing Representative will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines. Utilize Google Analytics to track website performance and make data-driven decisions. Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, blogs, and newsletters. Manage social media accounts. Engage in social listening to monitor brand sentiment and audience engagement. Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva. Perform proofreading to ensure high-quality content delivery. Analyze web analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and influencers in the industry. Connect with other companies as our representative at marketing meetings and events. Be okay with filming and being on camera.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related fields. Proficiency in SEO, content creation, graphic design, and video editing. Familiarity with digital marketing applications. Strong understanding of branding principles and public relations strategies. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. A passion for photography is a plus but not required. Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
