Introduction: The Social Media Manager for Enchant Christmas will be a key player on the marketing team, responsible for driving a best in class customer experience by: 1) defining and executing the organic social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok; 2) sourcing and building engaging content that drives awareness and traffic to our website and builds brand affinity; 3) developing a robust follower growth strategy; and 4) increasing customer engagement through content testing and data-driven targeting

RESPONSIBILITIES

The social media manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing the Enchant Christmas social media strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance, considerate of Enchant\xe2\x80\x99s key audience personas.
  • Have an eye for compelling content, an aptitude for experimentation and data analysis, and a passion for social media.
  • Oversee organic social for Enchant year-round, from strategy through execution, writing, planning, and scheduling content across social media touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members or external partners, leveraging Enchant social media channels.
  • Manage all direct fan/community communication, overseeing seasonal support social media engagement team members during the peak event season.
  • Regularly respond to posts from the community in real-time and pose questions to elicit further engagement and sharing.
  • Identify opportunities to share UGC from customers, influencers, and brand ambassadors across all platforms through social listening.
  • Work closely with PR & Partnerships Manager to execute and identify organic influencer and brand ambassador opportunities.
  • Identify relevant social and industry trends for in-the-moment content creation opportunities.
  • Create cutting edge content pieces across social media channels - includes some design layout creation
  • Ability to hire, manage, and work with external content creators to create original Enchant content
  • Work with key social media and digital platforms including - but not limited to - Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, Spotify, and YouTube.
  • Ensure Enchant has a consistent voice and presence across various social media accounts, owning the methodology for each channel and be there for its community.
  • Track performance of social media campaigns, content, and overall health of Enchant\xe2\x80\x99s social platforms and channels with regular reporting to leadership that speaks to how Enchant will evolve its content strategy over time
  • Consider how Enchant digital marketing channels work together to raise key social media platform profile.
  • Act as the link between Enchant\xe2\x80\x99s organic social media work and the external Digital Advertising buyer to ensure a seamless sync, maximizing organic content work.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing team on boosting of content to key audiences and personas.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
  • BA/BS required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing roles, at least 1 year specifically focused on social media.
  • Experience using customer data/insights to inform campaign strategy and planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to online customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple social platforms simultaneously.
  • Experience with Adobe, Canva, video editing apps like Capcut, and/or motion graphics
  • Experience with social media management and project management tools.
  • Experience with building a social community and owning community management.
