The Culinary Creative Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our growing, hospitality-focused Branding and Marketing team. Our Social Media Manager will be tasked with improving, expanding, and implementing our social media strategy; with the goal of increasing awareness around our brands. You will be responsible for working with our team to help manage various social media accounts, develop engaging content, and increase our followership and engagement across all platforms. This job partially remote and candidate will work some nights and weekends. Compensation: Base $62,000-$70,000, Bonus up to 20% of your salary, $400 monthly medical contribution. The role will be 45-50 hours per week PURPOSE The Social Media Manager is responsible for improving, expanding, and implementing CCG\xe2\x80\x99s social media strategy with the goal of increasing awareness around CCG brands. This role will provide strong social media support through a combination of strategic input, content sourcing and creation for each platform, as well as analytics to drive marketing decisions. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the marketing, events, and management teams to ensure all work is delivered on time and within expectations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Manage all social media efforts for multiple brands and initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Develop social media calendars, schedule, create and publish content for all platforms. \xc2\xb7 Perform monthly and quarterly analytics reviews on all social channels to inform how to best amplify content and drive the most value from our social media efforts. \xc2\xb7 Give strategic input to the marketing team as to how best to optimize and use the data collected within social media platforms. \xc2\xb7 Work alongside the creative team for design requests and needs to execute on plan. \xc2\xb7 Conduct analysis of social media performance and report findings formerly every quarter and ad hoc as needed. \xc2\xb7 Manage reputation management tools, respond to reviews with senior leadership input; lead efforts to continue to improve ratings and reviews across all businesses. \xc2\xb7 Develop talking points, responses and other content needs to support reputation and review management. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with leadership to implement social media campaigns built around Pop Ups and special events. \xc2\xb7 Support in-store managers by supplementing their Instagram stories with ones that support current campaigns and strategies such as launching a lunch/brunch program. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with managers around when they need new content creation. \xc2\xb7 Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media. \xc2\xb7 Perform other related duties as assigned. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced capabilities preferred. \xc2\xb7 Experienced photographer and videographer. \xc2\xb7 Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other design tools. \xc2\xb7 Experience scheduling social media on a scheduling platform. \xc2\xb7 Digital photography and video creation/editing capabilities. \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while under tight deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time management skills. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools. \xc2\xb7 Trustworthy, dependable teammate who can be relied upon for critical tasks. \xc2\xb7 Ability to maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude under pressure. QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required; Marketing, Strategic Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a similar degree area preferred. \xc2\xb7 2+ years of experience in social media management or marketing while working with multiple brands at once is required. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement. \xc2\xb7 Must be flexible with schedule. To capture CCG\xe2\x80\x99s restaurants in their most vibrant busy state, start and end times will be adjusted accordingly.
