Springdale Tractor Company is seeking an experienced Social Media Coordinator to create compelling and influential content for our tractor and equipment dealerships across various social media platforms! This is a full-time position with 40 hours weekly. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating impactful content that promotes businesses and brands. Responsibilities
- Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
- Develop and curate engaging content across our various social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin.
- Create and edit written, video and photo content.
- Maintain a unified voice across different social media channels.
- Collaborate with the social media team to create a social media calendar(s).
- Ensure social media strategy aligns with company goals and values.
- Review and create reports and ability to discuss KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Stay on top of current social media trends and evaluate how the company can best participate.
- Collaborate with other team members.
- Interact with users and respond to messages, inquiries and comments.
- Passion for social media.
- Minimum 1 year of B2B social media experience.
- Direct experience using social media management tools: Meta, Hootsuite, Sprout Social.
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools.
- Understanding of and familiarity of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Ability to understanding KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and how to effectively use to create compelling content.
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from our dealerships in Northwest Arkansas.
- Strong copywriting and copy editing skills.
- Impeccable time management skills with ability to multitask.
- Detail oriented.
- SEO/SEM experience is considered a plus.
