We are currently seeking a talented individual to become a Social Media Content Developer. An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Create and curate published content across Oaklawn's social media platforms Display an innate ability to capture and create high-standard content in a face-paced environment Collaborate on deliverables for all social media products, including but not limited to paid campaigns, organic plans, influencers and brand activations Monitor online comments and respond to each comment timely and with care Collaborate with the Oaklawn marketing team and advertising agency to implement a cohesive multichannel brand strategy that is representative of Oaklawn's vast product offering Become an expert in Oaklawn's businesses, and immersed in their account history and objectives to lead the brand forward in the digital and social spaces Provide strategic evaluation of all social media work Work with key Oaklawn team members to align social media goals with property-wide events and promotions Analyze data provided by social media reporting tools to provide actionable insights for future plans and strategies Monitor global social media channel trends to inform campaign strategy and creative and content placements Maintain research and reports on local and regional online conversations relevant to Oaklawn

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 21 years of age.Bachelor's degree in marketing, social media, public relations, advertising or other related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a social content role or comparable personal experience Must have a passion for social media and willingness to test new trends, strategies and platforms Must have a thirst for knowledge, the ability to use good judgment, seek out news and foresee trends Must have copywriting and copyediting skills Experience with data analysis a plus Experience managing social media presence for clients a plus

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
