Summary: The Social Content Creator generates engaging short-form video and photography material and identifies new ways to reach movie lovers through compelling creative. The ideal candidate brings the love of movies and the theatre-going experience to life in creative ways that drive brand awareness and draw in new audiences to Regal\'s social channels
Pay Scale: $53,500 to $65,900
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Represent Regal and capture content from red carpets, junkets, activations, and events
  • Establish and maintain Regal\xe2\x80\x99s live event content coverage calendar
  • Create innovative, out-of-the-box social media content for management approval including text captions, videos, and images - suitable for Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Stay on top of breaking news and social trends to create fresh, relevant content in a timely manner
  • Ensure every piece of content created aligns with Regal\xe2\x80\x99s brand voice and tone and social guidelines
  • Build relationships with our GMs and studio partners to ensure Regal has access to premier events and opportunities
  • Maintain Regal\xe2\x80\x99s social calendar, making sure all posts are scheduled correctly and on time
  • Serve as Regal\'s social media point of contact for studios and after hours breaking events
  • Engage with the community among our platforms
  • Assist in the analysis of the performance of social marketing campaigns and preparation of reports
  • Build relationship with influencers for shared content opportunities

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations
  • 3 - 5 years experience creating strong, engaging social content for a major brand
  • Excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing
  • Excellent organizational, and time management skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
  • Entertainment and / or theatre industry experience helpful, but not required

Language Ability: Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.
Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.
Reasoning Ability: Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, database software
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
