Job Description

Assist and implement SnowSat systems, as well as maintaining SnowSat technical support. Work in partnership with regional offices and customers to provide hardware/ software support support.

Implement Hardware and Software to vehicles. Be able to properly configure new vehicles and resorts. Identify errors in configurations. Able to document all projects and follow through till completion.

Assist and work in partnership with regional office, dealer staff and ski resort customers.

Assist in training SNOWsat programs and have ability to troubleshoot SNOWsat systems and infrastructure.

Assist customers with software support. Improve methods of reducing cost and increasing profitability.

Be prepared to travel at last minute notice for possible troubleshooting and/or SNOWsat installation.

Oversee warranty process of SNOWsat parts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
