Job Description

As a part of the DAC\'s Food & Beverage team, the snack bar attendant will serve member and guest requests, process transactions, maintain the snack bar area, and prepare food items such as fresh smoothies, salads, wraps and sandwiches. The attendant will ensure that every member is served in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. We are looking for someone who can work Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 4 PM or 10AM - 6PM. Weekend availability is a plus. Responsibilities

• Greet all members in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Understand and exhibit True hospitality
• Situational Awareness
• Utilize our company\'s Point of Sale (POS) system properly
• Brew coffee and tea, and fill containers with requested beverages
• Make smoothies, serve breakfast, lunch, and other meals as required
• Retain general knowledge of produce and various products offered in the Cafe
• Keep work area clean and fully stocked at all times
• Ensure surrounding member areas are clean, sanitized, and orderly
• Present a clean and neat personal appearance, adhere to DAC uniform standards
• Follow all departmental policies/procedures and all company policies outlined in the company handbook
• Other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• One year experience with food/beverage handling including: Barista, Deli, Cafe, Coffee Shop etc.
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Able to work flexible schedule and adjust to seasonal shifts
• Able to push, pull, carry, or lift up to 40 pounds
