Foxlink Group is a multinational company headquartered in Taiwan, with manufacturing facilities across various Asian countries. Foxlink is expanding its business by launching a new manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Foxlink Texas Inc. will produce SMT (Surface?Mount Technology) electronic products. We are looking for a highly capable

Engineering Manager

(or Deputy Manager) to lead our engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scaling products from prototype to mass production, particularly within the Consumer Electronics sector. You must possess strong leadership abilities to guide teams, present technical data effectively, and drive process development.

Key Responsibilities

Product Scaling:

Drive product and process development, managing the critical transition from prototype phase to final mass production.

Technical Leadership:

Lead engineering teams with a focus on efficiency, technical precision, and innovation.

Reporting & Presentation:

Utilize Mac office suites and technical tools to generate high-level technical reports and data presentations for stakeholders.

Team Management:

Mentor staff, manage resource allocation, and foster a collaborative engineering environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Master's Degree

or higher is

required

.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years

of experience in Engineering.

Minimum of 2 years

in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in the

Consumer Electronics

industry is highly preferred.

Skills:

Language:

Fluent in English and Chinese (Written and Spoken).

Technical:

Proficient in Mac OS and office tools for technical documentation.

Core Competencies:

Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, and data presentation skills.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
