Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Smoothie Maker to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and nutritious smoothies while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that every drink is made to perfection, delighting our customers and keeping them coming back for more.

Duties

Prepare a variety of smoothies according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Operate blending equipment and maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and operate the Aloha POS system for processing payments. Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards in all food preparation areas. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience in the food service industry, particularly in cafes or smoothie bars, is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems, specifically Aloha POS. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for health, nutrition, and creating delicious beverages.
