Role Overview

Team Members create delicious smoothies, provide friendly service, and support store operations. No experience needed -- just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage guests with friendly service Prepare smoothies & products accurately and efficiently Keep store clean, organized, and welcoming Follow safety and sanitation procedures Operate register & handle transactions Work as a team to meet store goals

Requirements

Positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and teamwork mindset Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Interest in health/fitness a plus -- but not required
