The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time Slot Attendant/Players Club Supervisor to join our team at Boston Billiard Club in Nashua, New Hampshire. In this role you will assist customers in all Player Rewards Program transactions in a friendly and professional manner, maintain gaming machines, and pays jackpots.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn\'t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay range is dependent upon Gaming experience.

Minimum pay rate: $25.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Provides information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program members.
• Updates and enters member information into the database.
• Assists Director of Marketing and Promotions Specialist with the execution of games, contests, drawings, and promotional giveaways.
• Maintains strict confidential guidelines in all customer interactions and records.
• Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations to maintain the customer\'s goodwill.
• Monitor slot machines, changing and fixing ticket paper as needed.
• Perform adjustments to slot machines, resolving problems such as jams or machine tilts, and performs minor repairs contacting repair technician or supervisor for assistance as needed.
• Record the specifics of malfunctioning machines and documents malfunctions needing repair.
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure that players are following rules, machines are functioning correctly, and assist guests.

Processes jackpot payouts in accordance with Delaware North and state gaming procedures. * Follow all departmental and state policies and procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned. * Arrange the working schedule for the Players Club Team to ensure all assigned tasks can be accomplished.

• Lead the slot service technician associates; share gaming machinery and electronic expertise.
• Encourage personal development among the Players Club Team.
• Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to to ensure the protection of assets and associates.
• Be an ambassador for the location.
• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license required.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately handle large sums of money.
• 1-3 months\' related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and POS system required.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Lift minimum 25 pounds.
• Occasional bending and stooping.
• Exposure to high volume noise.
