Selected candidate will support testing during the build process.

• Interact with the aircraft across multiple sub-systems throughout assembly.
• Responsible for testing of all systems and sub-systems on the aircraft.
• Responsible for developing new test equipment as testing requirements are updated, as well as documenting complex test procedures for use by non-technical co-workers when writing Procedures.
• Support the MTE Project team with the project management of test equipment and Support Equipment.
• Must be available to support off shift and weekends as required to support milestones.

This position is in Palmdale, CA \xef\x83\xa0 Discover Palmdale.
Basic Qualifications:

• Functional test experience (i.e. creating and maintaining System Check Out Procedures/Manufacturing Test Procedures for vehicle systems, and providing technical test support or overseeing the development and maintenance of vehicle functional test software used to test systems)
• Experience developing and authoring test plans and procedures
• Experience identifying test equipment to be utilized during testing
• Experience troubleshooting test failures
• Active Secret security clearance with an investigation within the last 6 years

Desired Skills:
Previous team lead experience

• Project management experience
• Experience supporting functional test execution for various subsystems including fuel, hydraulic, electrical, rigging, etc.
• Experience with Inter-departmental communication, both written and verbal, are required as this position requires extensive interface with peers, customers, associate contractors, management, and touch labor across varied disciplines on a daily basis
• Knowledge of general computer architecture and/or communications bus architecture
• Pre-power, power on vehicle experience
• Automated circuit testing experience
• Vehicle software loading experience
• Software Programming Experience
• Previous experience with engineering releases and configuration change control
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient working with 3D modelling software (CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, Nx)
• Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) experience (e.g. 3DX, Teamcenter, PDM, etc.)
• Experience working with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) (iBASEt, SAP, etc)

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $115,500 - $217,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate\xe2\x80\x99s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
