360 Management is hiring!
We are searching for a skilled full time Apartment Turn/ Maintenance Tech to add to our growing team.
This position will need to possess the abilities to complete quality, skilled maintenance & remodeling work including but not limited to drywall, basic plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry, flooring, tile, etc.
This position will cover two communities in Radcliff consisting of apartments & townhomes. Must have reliable transportation throughout the day, own basic tools, be reliable, responsible, professional and able to utilize computer/smart phone applications to the extent of completing call tickets and logging time.
