The Sisters of Holy Cross, Inc. is seeking a Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team. This position supports our licensed nursing, assisted living, independent living, and pre-school facilities, as well as other campus locations.
Position Details:
Full-time, 40 hours per week (includes paid meal breaks)
Perform routine maintenance and repairs across facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work as directed
Maintain grounds, parking areas, and driveways throughout all seasons
Snowplowing required to ensure safe access for all three shifts during winter months
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or janitorial work required
