Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Site Security Supervisor to oversee operations at an upscale location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervision and leadership. The Site Security Supervisor will be responsible for assuring that the site is fully staffed and assists with scheduling. The Site Security Supervisor will work events

(overtime guaranteed weekly).

The Site Security Supervisor for River City Security and Investigations will assist with managing and coordinating the activities of all security staff at their assigned posts. They will execute all tasks related to maintaining standards in compliance with the standard operating procedures.

Duties will include:

-Report to Regional Area Managers, and the District Manager

- Supervise and manage a team of officers at the location

- Ensure that the security staff uniforms are in compliance with company standards.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives

- Assist with the hiring of personnel

- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment

- Training new employees on their duties at each site and explaining company policies and procedures

- Managing paperwork as it relates to off-days, PTO, medical visits, vacation, court etc.

- Assist with managing schedules and filling open shifts whenever required

Requirements:

- Must have a High School Diploma or GED

- Must have approximately 3 years of security experience (not required, but hospitality experience recommended)

- Provide proof of at least one year of supervisory experience

- Must possess an up-to-date Armed License through the Louisiana State Board Of Private Security Examiners (LSBPSE)

- Prior military or law enforcement experience is not required, but preferred

- Hospitality experience is not required, but preferred

- Must have excellent communication skills

- Must possess a valid state-issued drivers license and a clean motor vehicle driver report

- Must pass a background/ drug screening at point of hiring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 hourly

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
