We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our Nampa location recycling facility. The Site

Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service. These duties included overseeing the operation of heavy equipment, including grinders, crushers, trommel screens, excavators, loaders, composting pads, and windrow turners.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard, train, and offboard personnel as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the production of recycled materials such as compost, mulch, aggregate, and soil to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Manage the safety culture and procedures of the site, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Lead team meetings to communicate goals, performance expectations, and operational updates.
  • Oversee retail store and bulk bin operations, including managing retail and scale house staff, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Maintain equipment and facilities in optimal condition, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximize production output.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics, inventory management, and customer orders.
  • Support on-site events and educational initiatives to promote sustainable practices and community engagement.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience in recycling, composting, agriculture, construction, or waste management
  • 5+ years in a management role
  • 5+ years of operations experience in a relevant industry
  • High school or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Agricultural, Engineering, or another relevant field
  • Experience or general knowledge of state and federal compliance in the organics/composting industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office platforms
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
