Site Manager High Sec Labs INC. (HSL) is looking to hire a dynamic division manager to join HSL and lead our growth. HSL\xe2\x80\x99s Huntsville, AL division is the US production facility employing 100 staff and servicing our US and international customers. As part as our massive growth plan, we are looking to introduce new manufacturing technologies, grown our customer base and increase our US brand awareness. HSL\xe2\x80\x99s division manager will be tasked managing the daily site activities as well as lead our growth and continuous evolvement. To ensure success as a division manager, you should have excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to identify division problems and solve them quickly and efficiently. Ultimately, a top-notch division manager should have a strong working knowledge of management best practices and the ability to motivate and support division personnel. Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Define and facilitate the workplan and activities required to meet the site goals.
• Oversee, organize and manage the planning and the daily tasks of the operations.
• Evaluating the division\'s performance and identifying areas of improvement.
• HR and Budget management to meet the division business plan
• Contribute to Sales and Marketing activities and site growth

Site Manager Requirements:

• A bachelor\'s degree in business, project management, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a top management role in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and experience in Electro-mechanical assembly.
• Excellent knowledge of management best practices and strong managerial skills.
• Ability to drill down where needed (hands on) while being able to always keep the bigger picture in mind.
• Solid communication and team working skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Marketing and Sales experience \xe2\x80\x93 advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year Benefits:

• 8 hour shift
