Position Overview


The Site Management Operations Manager partners closely with the Director of Site Management to oversee multiple property accounts, ensuring smooth operations and consistent, high-quality service at every location. This role focuses on coaching and developing Site Managers, maintaining operational standards, and fostering collaboration and effective communication across all managed sites.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring teams while upholding company policies and service excellence.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities



Provide on-site guidance and operational support to Site Managers and property teams as needed. Conduct quarterly inspections to assess service quality, safety compliance, and overall site performance. Supervise, mentor, and train Site Managers to enhance efficiency and professional growth. Serve as backup for Site Managers during emergencies, including fires, flooding, or equipment failures. Attend property board meetings and review monthly Site Manager reports for accuracy and completeness. Assist with staffing and scheduling to ensure proper coverage during absences or vacations. Review and approve Site Manager timesheets and ensure payroll accuracy. Establish quarterly and annual performance objectives for Site Managers aligned with company goals. Provide regular updates and reports to the Director of Site Management. Support onboarding of new Site Managers and newly acquired properties, acting as interim manager when necessary. Address performance issues and implement corrective actions when needed. Assist the Director with recruitment, PTO management, and on-call scheduling.

Training & Development Responsibilities



Review property board reports for completeness and accuracy. Develop and maintain property-specific Operations Manuals. Organize team training sessions, including vendor-led technical and safety instruction. Conduct quarterly performance reviews to provide feedback and support professional growth.

Administrative & Additional Duties



Prepare and distribute company-wide updates, announcements, and memos. Ensure timely submission of reports while maintaining compliance with company policies. Maintain organized digital files and records through SharePoint and OneDrive. Support updates to company procedures and ensure consistent policy implementation across all sites.
