Responsibilities

Responsible for driving all revenue cycle activity within assigned group including but not limited to metric performance, BOM training, site integration and partnering with finance partners to ensure revenue accountability. Must have intimate knowledge and understanding of each function within the revenue cycle process in order to work with our centers and central billing offices across the enterprise. In addition, the Site Engagement Partner also provides leadership, guidance, and training to an assigned group of Business Office Managers to ensure outstanding performance and efficiency in the business offices. Also will work with integration team to drive any centers integrations within assigned group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training needs for any Business Office Manager within group (new and current)
  • Open communication with center teammates and Regional and Group Leaders
  • Review productivity and accuracy, develop improvement plans and seek support from leadership
  • Daily, weekly and monthly Business Office metric review with team
  • Counsel staff and train as needed
  • Communicate findings and issues to Director and plan for solutions
  • Metrics Analysis, co-lead Metric Calls with Regional Leads/Senior DFO
  • Drive activity on follow up relative to metrics
  • Reporting/Dashboards
  • Lead quarterly BOM calls with regions
  • Integration\'s
  • Diligence visits if necessary
  • Partner with Regional Lead
  • System conversions

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Supervisory skills helpful
  • Revenue Cycle experience in health care setting required
  • Collections and billing experience in an ASC setting preferred
  • Knowledgeable with CMS required, JCAHO preferred
  • 5+ years experience in an ASC Business Office role preferred
  • Experience training others required
  • Excellent skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time - Prefer to be located in midwest region: Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan
