Shipping Coordinator

Job Summary:



$22-25/hour + benefits

Full Time

Enfield, Connecticut

Anticipated start date: January 2, 2026

The Shipping Coordinator ensures the efficient movement, organization, and reception of materials in a fast-paced aerospace testing environment. This position requires precision, teamwork, and a proactive approach to maintaining smooth operations and high safety standards.

Responsibilities include:



Shipping Operations



Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts to load and unload incoming and outgoing orders in and out of customer trucks.

Receive incoming orders and document thoroughly and accurately.

Prepare and package completed parts for shipping.

Warehouse Maintenance



Assist Quality Inspector in maintaining in-house adapter and test equipment inventory.

Perform basic preventive maintenance of warehouse equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Monitor status of shop and warehouse materials and refill as necessary.

Provide basic shop maintenance.

Safely manage the hazardous materials area.

Play an active role in driving our business forward by providing process feedback to management.

Technician Assistance



Retrieve adapters, fixturing, and orders for technicians.

Provide supplemental assistance to test technicians.

Deliver and pick-up external process parts to vendors.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:



High School Diploma or GED.

High degree of organization and commitment to accuracy.

Experience in a shop environment.

Forklift certification or experience a plus.

Ability to lift at least 50lbs.

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
