Hi, I'm Mandy and I run an eCommerce business that sells journals and stationery. I have three different physical journals and I sell on my own website, TikTok, and YouTube.
I am looking for a smart, efficient, detail-oriented assistant to help occasionally with journal fulfillment. It is a warehouse located on my property, and you will be helping with journal assembly, shipping, and packing tasks.
Printing and collating journals
Operating the automated punching machine
Binding and creating journals
Adding stickers to journals
Printing out mailing labels
Affixing mailing labels and stickers to bubble mailers
Opening and organizing new shipments
Packing shipments and moving boxes to the curb for USPS to pick up
This is a contract position, and I can pay on a weekly basis via Venmo. This is likely 5-10 hours per month, so if you are a college student and have a few hours to spare here and there, that is the perfect arrangement. Unfortunately I can't guarantee hours and we will work on an as needed basis.
I'm looking for someone with a flexible, positive, can-do mindset who enjoys a low-key work environment.
