HP Tuners is a dominant leader in the global automotive aftermarket, and our core function is the development of software and hardware technologies for modern vehicle calibration. We are growing rapidly and are looking to currently seeking a full time highly motivated, customer focused individual as a Shipping & Receiving Assistant for our home office located in Buffalo Grove IL.
This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.
This position is first shift, Monday-Friday in Buffalo Grove.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assembles and builds product kits for sale.
Assembles product packages to be sent to customers.
Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip to verify accuracy of shipment.
Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received.
Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
Delivers items to requisitioning individuals.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications
Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and general computer use.
Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.
Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, multi-task and handle multiple priorities with very little notice.
Other Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
At least one year of logistics, retail, or customer service experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
At HP Tuners LLC, we understand that compensation plays a key role when considering a new opportunity. We are dedicated to ensuring fair pay for all employees and continually work towards greater transparency in our compensation practices. The estimated base range for this position is
$18.00 per hour
, with actual pay determined including factors such as location, skills, experience, and other relevant considerations. This position also qualifies for a discretionary bonus and a complete benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k) program with employer matching.
