Job Description

Black Tie Agency is a growth agency looking for a hardworking and reliable shipping assistant. We are a very young company with lots of potential to grow. Currently, our agency provides many different services to numerous local clients as well as internal clients. This position will mainly be assisting internal clients with shipping and fulfillment of customer orders.
:

• Assemble and pack shipments to customers through multiple shipping companies.
• Organize, clean, and inventory items on a regular basis
• Process and check returns (RMAs) in a timely manner.

• Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers and other clients
• Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
• Prioritize shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them
• Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, pallet jacks, and forklifts (in future) for large goods

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working or shipping in a warehouse is preferred.
• Must be able to lift and handle boxes and products weighing 50 pounds or more. (Most are less than 30 pounds)
• Must be able to come into our office in American Fork, UT. This position is not remote.
• Able to understand and follow instructions with little or no supervision
• Comfortable using computers and can easily learn new software. (Experience with ShipStation is a plus)
• Must be dependable, competent, and trustworthy.
• Very rarely, large shipments will be delivered over the weekend and if possible, needs to be able to come help unload.
