Job Summary: Ensure that internal and external customers are supplied with all required materials and supporting documentations
Major Accountabilities:

• Responsible for "on time delivery" of products inside facility;
• Communicates openly with others, keeping them informed of issues and progress, shares job knowledge and works effectively with others;
• Performs forklift safety inspection daily;
• Operates material handling equipment in a safe manner;
• Identifies products and bins with labels and tags;
• Uses scanners to accurately report material movements;
• Notifies supervision of any safety, quality, materials and mechanical issues;
• All forklift drivers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production floor;
• Comply with Health and Safety Act (i.e. Use or wear all protective devices, report hazards, and accident/incidents, etc.)

• Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Martinrea Employee Handbook

• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
• Forklift license
• Metal stamping, welding, assembly, quality, and material handling experience in a manufacturing environment
• Automotive Tier 1 experience
• Ability to work in a team environment;
• Ability to perform basic math;
• Problem solving skills;
• Computer proficiency;
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills;
• GHS
• Knowledge of ISO 14001: 2015
• Knowledge of IATF 16949

• Constant communication with employees, peers, and management.

• Overtime as required.

Health & Safety:

• Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company and plant rules, policies and procedures
