Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in patient care planning in the operating room.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR personnel to deliver anesthesia and surgical care.
Schedule cases, ensure supply availability, and manage case timeliness.
Communicate effectively with patients' families and update physician preference cards.
Scrub and circulate surgical cases, supervise personnel delivering patient care.

Critical Information

Education/Licenses Needed

Wisconsin RN or multi-state RN license
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
3 years recent OR RN experience in hospital setting (General surgery, Ortho, Neuro, trauma, robotic procedures preferred)
