Leadership

Core Accountabilities

1. Tagging service vehicles and parking the vehicles in the lot for service technicians.

2. Staging vehicles upon completion for customer delivery.

3. Keeping service drive/service reception area clean.

4. Assisting in snow removal from the parking lot, entrances, and service vehicle

5. Shuttling customers to and from the dealership.

6. Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by the service manager.

Competencies and Qualifications

1. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

2. Strong customer service focus.

3. Proficient with gmail/google docs and able to operate computer based systems. Experience with automotive DMS systems preferred.

4. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
