Job Description

Title: Service / Delivery Technician

Expectations of work hours: Full-Time (40 hrs per week)

Duties/Responsibilities:

-Service / delivery department technician responsible for both pharmacy and medical equipment delivery

-Maintains adherence to applicable company policies and procedures - specifically focused on Safety and Compliance

-Ensures orders are serviced in timely, accurate, and courteous manner

-Assists in scheduling routes daily

-Ensures all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and timely

-Develop basic understanding of setup and operations of Durable Medical Equipment product

-Assists in training and support to new and part-time delivery technicians

-Helps maintain logs to follow Medicare standards

-Maintains warehouse and inventory organization

-Tests, cleans, and documents returned equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

-Valid driver's license with clean driving record

-Comfortable with basic mobile device technology

-Exceptional customer service skills

-Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and on-call hours as needed

-Driving long periods (2-4 hours) while making multiple stops during routes

-Ability to lift and transport medical equipment (up to 50 lbs)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
