Martin Honda Kia Mazda is the Number One Volume Dealer in Delaware. We currently have a position open in our Service Department for an Appointment Coordinator.
The Appointment Coordinator is directly involved in booking and coordinating customer service appointments.
Job Responsibilities:
Schedules service appointments by phone, in person, or via email
Works with the Service Department when booking and following up with appointments
Provides guests with vehicle status information when needed
Responds to guests concerns via phone, in person, or email
Directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary, informing customers of open recalls
Customer callbacks after the visit
Cashing out service customers
Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Performs other administrative duties, as assigned
Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner
Maintains a professional appearance at all times
Job Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent desired
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public
Some computer skills, experience with CRMs and/or DMSs helpful but not required
Automotive experience is helpful but not required
