Service Advisor

who's ready to help our customers stay road-ready and excited for their next journey.

As a key member of our Carencro service team, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face that RV owners count on to guide them through repairs, maintenance, and warranty work -- all while delivering next-level customer care.

What You'll Do:

Greet service customers and create a welcoming, informative experience Write and manage repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient repair flow Communicate repair timelines, costs, and updates to customers in real time Help customers understand their service options, including warranty coverage Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a

Service Advisor

in RV, auto, marine, or powersports industries preferred (but not required) Strong communication, organization, and people skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of RV systems (training provided) Customer-first mindset and a passion for solving problems Familiarity with service software systems (a plus)
