McGrath Chevy in Cedar Rapids, part of the McGrath Family of Dealerships, is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Service Advisor to support our fast-paced service department. What You'll Do

Greet and assist customers in the service lane with professionalism and care

Guide customers through the service process, offering clear communication and concierge-level support

Manage repair orders and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow

Present and sell recommended services and maintenance options

Maintain ongoing communication with customers during service visits

Help create a smooth, welcoming, and productive service department experience

What We're Looking For

?? Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role (preferred)

?? Strong communication and time management skills

?? Friendly, organized, and energetic personality

?? Ability to multitask and manage multiple vehicles and clients

?? Professional appearance and attitude

?? Valid driver's license and clean driving record

?? Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Work performed at a desk and in the service lane

Moderate noise level typical of a dealership environment

Frequent movement around the dealership to complete tasks

Occasionally lift or move objects up to 20 pounds

Regular use of hands and fingers for typing and handling materials

Clear communication required to coordinate with customers and team members
