In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, providing them with exceptional service and expert advice. Your responsibilities will include assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate services, and ensuring a smooth workflow between customers and service technicians.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assessing their automotive service needs. Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services, utilizing skills in auto estimating and automotive diagnostics. Schedule appointments and manage the workflow of vehicles in the shop. Communicate effectively with technicians regarding customer concerns and repair requirements. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used. Ensure a clean and organized area to enhance customer experience.

Skills

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to diagnose automotive issues effectively, working closely with technicians. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
