Compensation:
Full-time total annual compensation between $60,000.00 - $120,000.00; including monthly 6% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts (excluding warranty) in accordance with the terms of pay plan; 3.75% commissions of individual gross profit on parts Warranty individual gross profit in accordance with the terms of pay plan; additional monthly 2% commission of individual gross profit on service and parts if the dealership's monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed national average in accordance with terms of pay plan.

Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

What You'll Be Doing:
Greet service customers with a professional and welcoming attitude
Listen to vehicle concerns and document issues clearly
Communicate with technicians to determine service needs and timelines
Provide accurate cost and time estimates
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle history and Honda guidelines
Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Ensure smooth and timely vehicle pickup and payment
Deliver top-tier customer satisfaction every single time

What We're Looking For:
Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A customer-first attitude and a professional demeanor
Ability to multitask in a busy service drive
Familiarity with DMS software is a bonus
