Your Day-to-Day Impact

Greet customers with confidence and professionalism, setting the tone for an outstanding service visit Schedule appointments and accurately document customer and vehicle information Create and explain service estimates clearly and confidently Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with timely updates Secure proper approvals for additional recommended work Partner with technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs Consistently meet or exceed CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) expectations Educate customers on maintenance recommendations that protect their investment Follow all dealership safety standards and regulatory guidelines

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service or sales preferred Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach Ability to understand technical information and explain it in a clear, relatable way Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check, MVR, drug screening, and employment eligibility verification
