We are seeking a dynamic and personable Server/Bartender/Key Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining and drinking experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. A thorough understanding of POS systems such as Aloha and Micros is preferred, along with excellent time management and sales skills. Responsibilities

Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Aloha and Micros Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Mix drinks and serve alcohol responsibly as a bartender or key server Provide attentive customer service to ensure guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas Assist with setup and breakdown for events such as banquets or catering functions Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours

Skills

Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industries, including fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math, and calculating bills or tips Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving at banquets, catering events, or large-scale functions is a plus Ability to work night shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
