Responsibilities:

Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent service Greet guests in a timely, friendly manner Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and promptly Make suggestions based on guest preferences, and up-sell when appropriate Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Deliver checks and collect payments Collaborate and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Requirements and Qualifications:

MUST be available for nights and/or weekends Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest and coworker relations Guest-focused mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Team player Strong time-management skills
