Server (Uberbrew)

The \xc3\x9cberbrew parent company consists of several different artisan arrangements with multiple locations, including the award-winning \xc3\x9cberbrew pub, a newly constructed modern taproom focusing on barrel-aged beverages with a savory Latin twist menu, a bakery + coffeehouse, and an American style farm to table restaurant.

Our ambition is to continue building a team of forward-thinking people who love what they do, who are consistently dedicated to their craft and want nothing more than to provide the best product possible to our community. Our team will have the unique opportunity to work as a unit running multiple venues and creating various innovative product types from savory pastries, to specialty burgers, to dynamic dishes and signature beer and wine pairing dinners.

\xc3\x9cberbrew is hiring for server positions.
Full-time Server with weekend availability. We are a positive staff and are looking for someone who can be a smooth start transition to pick up tasks fast and efficiently. Our staff is required to develop strong beer knowledge and excellent serving skills. We focus on teamwork and accountability from our fellow employees. Must work well with others. We are striving to have a really positive season with enjoyable people to work with.

We are not looking for just anyone. We are looking for THE RIGHT one.

The position:

• Strong communication is essential as the ability to multitask will keep you successful in this position.
• Staff at \xc3\x9cberbrew is responsible for opening and closing side work.
• Reading your customers to give them the best experience possible.
• Delivering changing beer offerings and having extensive knowledge of the ingredients we use and where they come from.
• Responsible for serving your own drinks and running food for yourself and others.
• Can handle a heavy load of tables and not be flustered.

Attending pre-shift meetings daily and being on time always. (We all rely on each other to make our team a positive whole unit. We are only as strong as our weakest link).

Mandatory meetings may be scheduled into your schedule.
