Job Summary:

As a Server at Kreis' Steakhouse, you will be responsible for providing a memorable and impeccable dining experience for our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure the overall satisfaction of our patrons in a fast-paced, high-end environment. A keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor are key to ensuring every guest feels valued and enjoys their time with us.

Physical Demands

(qualifications needed to perform essential job functions):

Ability to use fingers to operate the POS system, handle cash transactions, and process credit card payments accurately. Capable of carrying trays and lifting supplies, small wares, and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds. Must have a strong sense of balance and be physically capable of reaching, bending, kneeling, squatting, and stooping regularly. Ability to easily navigate stairs is also required. Must have the ability to hear clearly in a noisy environment.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Prior restaurant hospitality experience -

minimum 3 years of Fine Dining serving experience required.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule and expect to work weekends, nights, and holidays. A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: tipped minimum wage ($6.87/hour) plus tips (tips range from $150-$400+/night).
