Overview

We are on the lookout for a friendly, attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. This role is all about creating memorable dining experiences by delivering top-notch service with a warm smile. As a Server, you'll be the face of our establishment, guiding guests through their meal journey, taking orders, and ensuring every detail is handled with care.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, Toast Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and assisting with guest needs to ensure a smooth flow of service. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Skills

Prior server experience is required. Minimum of 3 years experience in full service restaurants not fast casual. Fast paced establishments. Strong customer service skills with an ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Experience in food handling and sanitation practices to ensure safety standards are met. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a genuine approach.
