Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming first impression Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar Deliver meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and presentation Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and addressing concerns quickly Process payments accurately using POS systems or cash registers Assist with clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experienc

Demonstrated experience in food service and restaurant operations Excellent customer service and clear communication abilities Skilled in cash handling with strong basic math proficiency Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha or Micros Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting Experience in food preparation and handling Background in hospitality, including fine dining or nightclub settings
