Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are set up properly and clean before seating guests
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation
- Address any guest concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Experience:
- Prior experience serving in Chinese or Japanese restaurants preferred
- Familiarity with toast systems preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
